6.1 Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of personal data

  • Personal data are only processed insofar as they are adequate, relevant and not excessive.

6.2 Right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data

6.4 Right to data portability

The User has the right to receive the personal data he or she has provided to Forton et Filles bv in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The User also has the right to transmit these data to another controller where the processing is based solely on the User’s consent.

6.5 Right to withdraw consent / Right to lodge a complaint

The User has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In addition, the User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of his or her personal data by Forton et Filles bv with the competent supervisory authority in Belgium.
